Prices, Taxes and Errors

Orders, Delivery and Returns

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to stock, payment confirmation, logistics, weather, holidays, transport delays or circumstances beyond our control. Material once sold will be governed by the applicable invoice, quotation, warranty terms and agreed business terms. Returns, replacements or claims, if any, are subject to inspection and written approval by OZO Lites.

Installation and Product Use

All electrical products should be installed and used by qualified personnel according to applicable safety standards and product instructions. OZO Lites is not responsible for damage, loss, injury, incorrect installation, misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification or use outside recommended conditions.

Warranty and Guarantee

Warranty or guarantee, if applicable, is limited only to manufacturing defects and is subject to the warranty period, product category, usage conditions and written terms mentioned on the invoice, quotation, product packaging or warranty communication issued by OZO Lites.

Any warranty claim must be supported by a valid invoice, product details, photos/videos of the issue and inspection approval by OZO Lites. OZO Lites reserves the right to verify the product, installation conditions, usage, wiring, voltage supply, physical condition and cause of failure before accepting any warranty or replacement claim.

Warranty approval, rejection, repair, replacement, credit note or other resolution shall be at the discretion of OZO Lites, based on inspection and applicable written warranty terms. Replacement, if approved, may be of the same product or an equivalent product depending on availability.

Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by incorrect installation, misuse, mishandling, physical damage, water ingress where the product is not rated for such use, voltage fluctuation, surge, overloading, wrong driver/power supply, unauthorized repair/modification, normal wear and tear, transport damage after delivery, fire, accident, negligence or use outside recommended conditions.

No warranty, guarantee, performance claim, lifespan claim or replacement commitment shall apply unless expressly confirmed in writing by OZO Lites. Product life, brightness, colour tone and performance may vary depending on usage environment, installation quality, voltage stability and operating conditions.

Limitation of Liability

OZO Lites' liability, if any, shall be limited to repair, replacement or credit for the affected product at OZO Lites' discretion. OZO Lites shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including labour charges, installation/removal costs, business loss, site delay, transport cost, third-party charges or any other related expense, unless expressly agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product images, catalogue designs and content are owned by or licensed to OZO Lites and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
